Five targets are used at
the same time.
They are in a line in front of the competitor and are usually shot from right to
left (for a right handed shooter).
1 shot is fired on each target in each session
Distance - 25m
Total diameter of 500mm with ten concentric scoring rings. The 10 ring is 100mm
diameter.

0.22 Short, but 0.22LR
(standard 22 ammo) can also be used

60 shots in total.
First half of the event
10 shots fired in 2 sessions of 8 sec each, with 5 shots fired each session
10 shots fired in 2 sessions of 6 sec each, with 5 shots fired each session
10 shots fired in 2 sessions of 4 sec each, with 5 shots fired each session
Second half of the
event
10 shots fired in 2 sessions of 8 sec each, with 5 shots fired each session

Two different types of target are used in this event.
First half of the event ("Precision") - Total diameter of 500mm with
ten concentric scoring rings. The 10 ring is 50mm diameter.
Second half of the event ("Rapid Fire") - Total diameter of 500mm with
ten concentric scoring rings. The 10 ring is 100m diameter.

Course of fire
60 shots in total.
First half of the event
30 shots fired on the Precision target in 6 sessions of 5 minutes each, with 5
shots fired each session.
Second half of the
event
30 shots fired on the Rapid Fire target in 6 sesions of 5 shots. In each
session, the target faces the competitor for 3 sec and turns away for 7 sec,
five times. One shot is fired each time the target faces the competitor. When
the target turns away, the competitor lowers their pistol to point at the
ground. When the target re-faces them, they lift the pistol and fire one shot
within 3 sec.
Each shot scores a maximum
of 10 points, giving a possible score of 600.
